Optic-Kleer® was formed in 1991 and became a franchise in 2003. We are currently hiring glass technicians in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. If you have a mechanical background we’d like to hear from you.
In this position you are the face of our organization. You’ll have a specified number of jobs to complete during a given day. You will travel between customer locations to assist with Windshield Repair, Windshield Replacement, Windshield Calibration, as well as Glass Coatings and Headlight Restoration.
We have a strong reputation to uphold as you can see on our Google Reviews. We expect a high level of service to our customers. The right candidate is someone presentable, professional, reliable, and consistent. We will train you to be the best, and we expect nothing less.
As an employee of Optic-Kleer you will receive competitive pay and a flexible schedule based on our customer needs. Understand at times customers might only be available at specific times. A certain level of flexibility is important, but generally this is a standard Full-Time, weekday, 1st shift position.
