Both are guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle which covers everything from the glass, the moldings, the urethane, labor and everything associated with the installation.
Rock chip repairs are guaranteed against cracking so long as you own the vehicle.
Headlight restorations are guaranteed for 2 years.
Optic-Kleer only uses quality glass. We either use OEM factory glass or glass of equivalent quality.
Optic-Kleer does it all for you. We call your insurance company, do all the paperwork and are paid directly by your insurers. All you do is pay your insurance deductible directly to Optic-Kleer.
With few exceptions, rock-chip repairs are deductible free, meaning there is nothing to pay whatsoever.

Occasionally, through no fault of the repair technician, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip turning into a crack. This is due to stress in the windshield, for which we have no control over. In the very rare event that this occurs, Optic-Kleer will refund back to you the cost of the repair. If the repair was paid through your insurance, Optic-Kleer will make the refund back to your insurance company.
Very quickly! Unlike the big national company, we work on a much shorter lead time. Quite often the same day can be achieved or at latest the next day.
Of course! Optic-Kleer employs the latest technologies, ranging from fiber-line cut out tools to pre-vehicle inspections. Whatever type of vehicle, we treat it as if it belonged to us.
