We’ll get you up and running

Not only do we provide full training on everything AutoGlass, but we also help you establish your limited liability company, insurance billing to all the insurance companies, and all of your glass accounts. We also professionally map and define an exclusive operations territory to suit you. After your classroom and in-field training, you’ll be ready to earn from day one and you can always turn to us for advice.

Value For Money

Franchises charge a management service fee to cover a range of ongoing costs associated with helping franchisees to trade. Our fee is one of the most competitive, thanks to our market-leading web-based admin system, at 8% of gross revenue which is payable monthly. This fee covers some consumables and the full support of the head office dealing with technical, admin, and marketing support, invoices, insurance companies, and queries.

Full Training Given

Training takes place at our head office in Northlake, Texas. In addition to the initial training, you’ll have on-site mentoring with one of our experienced franchisees who will help you turn the classroom training into reality, with real earnings and actual hands-on repairs on real customers’ cars. We provide everything you need to leave with a fully functional business.

Very low overheads – all the AutoGlass tooling, consumables, marketing materials, and more are included in the initial fee, so we provide everything for you to start trading. All you need to purchase is a work vehicle and wrap which you can either purchase or go through our fleet contracts.

No previous experience necessary – we will provide full training so whatever your previous background, we’re interested in speaking to you. The main things that you need are self-motivation, commitment, and the ability to speak to people.

The Optic-Kleer franchise package gives you a business and the know-how to start trading from day one, plus we’re here to support you for the life of your business. The initial investment ranges from $14,995 – $29,995. Our premium offer includes our comprehensive start-up package and everything you need to operate a successful AutoGlass business. Our franchisees may be able to access SBA start-up loans to help you finance your business.

To make the most of your franchise, you need to be willing to give it your all. While sales or customer service experience would be useful, it’s not necessary for you to have all the skills you need to operate the franchise. You will gain the knowledge and confidence that you need during your training. The most important thing is a positive attitude and the ability to build a quick rapport with your customers. Review this website thoroughly and request our brochure. Be sure to seek answers to any questions you may have. There’s no hard sell – our priority is to ensure you’re 100% confident in your decision. As well as talking to us, we recommend that you speak to your trusted family and friends – it’s really important you have the support of those around you when you embark on a new business venture. You should also conduct some initial market and industry research to identify the potential and demand for AutoGlass services in your area.

Discover.

Speak to us about the availability of a franchise in your area and arrange a discovery day in Northlake, TX with us. Together, we will look at your options and map out your exclusive franchise territory. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Due diligence.

After the discovery day, we encourage you to speak to our franchisees about their experiences. We also recommend that you seek professional business and legal advice so that you are sure you fully understand your responsibilities.

Commit.

Here’s how to become an Optic-Kleer Franchisee. Buying a franchise is a serious commitment so you need to be sure this is what you want to do. After an initial consultation, we will send you our FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document). Acknowledge receipt via the attached DocuSign document. After 14 days we can start getting into the finer details. After answering your questions, if we mutually decide to move forward, we will start creating an exclusive territory for you.

Train.

Together, we will agree on your dates and begin the preparation for training. The initial training process is 14 days split between the head office in Northlake, TX and mentoring with an established franchisee. We continuously provide training, to make sure you’re fully up-to-date with the latest products and techniques.

Earn.

You will leave us fully trained and ready to launch your business. We will already have established your glass supplier accounts, insurance billing, credit card processing, and software systems meaning you will be ready to get out there and start turning your newly acquired knowledge into profit!
