Eric restored my 03 headlights. I had been, until recently retired, in customer service for over 37 years, so I can recognize professional, first rate service-Eric provided that, with honesty. . He was cordial, as were the others at the business, and the results were exceptional. Just as important, before he agreed to charge me for the restoration, he "tested" one of the headlights, to see if his work would make a difference, in the appearance of the head light, and insisted that he would not charge me, if it did not. That is, he is a very honest professional, that was 'looking out" for me. Well done, Eric. Well done. Most insurance policies cover windscreen repairs so it probably won’t cost you a penny. We’ll take care of the insurance paperwork too.
